Pre Eclipse Family Event

Come one and all to our first Pre-Eclipse family event on Feb. 10th at 2 p.m.

A total eclipse will occur on April 8th, but there are many ways to prepare to view this event. This Saturday, we will introduce and explain a solar eclipse. We will also get you set up on your device to be a citizen scientist and help collect data through GLOBE and ECLIPSE SOUNDSCAPES, two free applications. It's easy. Just bring a cell phone or other device and we'll get you set up. You can join the thousands across the nation collecting data on April 8th.

On Feb. 10th, we will have activities and ideas to help you celebrate the upcoming eclipse. Remember, there won't be another one for us to view in North America for another 20+ years!
