Director's Message
A word from the Director of BIDL:
As the director of the Beaver Island District Library, I’d like to heartily welcome you to our website. There have been some recent changes, so please do take a look around. For over thirty years, the Townships of St. James and Peaine have been fortunate to have a truly outstanding library, thanks not only to generous private donations and the ongoing support of the community itself, but also to the staff and board of directors for their wisdom and commitment to this institution. If you’re one of our regular patrons, we look forward to seeing you again in person very soon. If you haven’t visited us recently, or have never had the opportunity to stop by, please do so!
We value everyone's opinion of our library and the job we are doing. I am always open to suggestions for improving services and would welcome your input.
